Qcd-1000 / qcd-1500 / qcd-3000 atmospheric sampler is a conventional instrument for collecting gas samples in the working environment or atmospheric environment. It can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, construction, casting, power and environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention and other departments. The instrument has the advantages of LCD digital display time, backlight, compact electronic timing function and structure, small volume, stable and reliable performance, large extraction pressure, strong load capacity, convenient use, accurate timing, multi-purpose of one machine, etc., which are widely praised by customers at home and abroad.

III. working principle
The instrument is composed of diaphragm pump, regulating valve, buffer, flowmeter, electronic control circuit and LCD screen. It is powered by lithium-ion rechargeable battery or AC stabilized voltage supply (optional)
Four, operation
1) turn on the power switch, the screen displays "00:15 00" (default setting: 15 minutes), and the cursor flashes at the first position
2) press the "OK" key to enter the default setting time sampling working state, and then press the "C" key to stop the air pump. At this time, press the "C" key once, and the instrument enters the timing setting state.
3) time setting: when setting the sampling working time, the screen will display 00:15 00, and the cursor position icon will flicker continuously. The "?"? "" key moves the position cursor, and the "▲" "▼" key increases or decreases the numerical value. When the time is set, press the "OK" key to start sampling, and the last two bits of the screen start to read seconds. Start timing. When the time is 00:15, when the working time of the instrument reaches, the air pump stops working and the time stops.
4) working under voltage indication: when the battery is under voltage, the battery icon in the lower right corner of the screen flashes, and the battery shall be charged.
5) during the sampling process, press the "C" key to pause the sampling, press the "OK" key to continue the sampling, press the "C" key twice continuously, and the instrument will enter the reset time state.
6) when using the instrument, please be sure to connect the safety bottle equipped with our instrument. Do not suck the liquid or large particles into the machine, block the air path or damage the air pump diaphragm, resulting in abnormal operation.
